Two nails broke off in one day. Appropriate amount of builder gel not used. Looks so so horrible now

The person is very nice and kind but she has been taught the wrong techniques for gel polish application. The application was so patchy and horrible looking. The colors provided was terrible and overall the professionals need to be trained better. It is not her fault it is the person tanning her.
