*What happened - Clear attempt to loot:* 1. *Before starting work*, the professional tried to tell me my booked service was wrong. He insisted it should be *Commode Repair for 1299/-* instead of the *Flush Tank Repair for 199/-* I actually booked. 2. When I opened the Urban Company App and showed him that my booking clearly falls under *Flush Tank Repair - 199/-*, he claimed *"App rule changed"* to justify the higher price. 3. After I refused, he quietly went ahead and did only the flush tank repair the exact 199/- job I booked. No commode work was done at all. 4. No post-service cleanup. The math: He tried to charge 1100/- extra. That’s 6.5 times the agreed price, for work he never performed.
