The professional was distracted and on his phone whole time the facial was being done for my husband. I told him to get off his phone and do the facial properly. He hardly did any face massage during the facial. I’m not sure if he did all the steps promised on the app and used all the products as the facial results are not great. He didn’t even do the massage normally done when the mask is applied. Rather than it being a calming, relaxing time, he was more focused on cleaning up his products and being noisy putting away all his products and equipment during the mask step of the facial. My husband and I both use UC a lot but I would never recommend this particular guy for any service for men.
