I had the most terrible, horrifying experience. But the bigger issue isn’t the worker—it’s Urban Company. After multiple bad experiences, it’s clear this is a systemic problem. Urban Company seems happy to profit from customer trust while showing far too little responsibility in vetting, training, and supervising the people it sends into homes. I hope the founders are paying attention. You’re slowly ruining what used be a genuinely valuable service. Stop focusing only on growth and start fixing the fundamentals. The problem is training, quality control, and accountability- and it’s long overdue for attention.

I booked service for 2 burner stove, however executive charged charged double. I was not home after booking my mom was there who did not know. So did you find this opportunity to charge extra??
