In my Kenstar air cooler, Motor fan was not working because of loose connection and swing was not working as the top white swing stick was loose and fell in the water tank. Technician fixed both. Now, technician says that this service does not come under service and repair which I booked and he asked 200 rs extra to pay. I said this work would come under repair and I’ll not pay. He has sent this msg to WhatsApp and asked me select the option, when I said why I should select as work not done, he is arguing with me. Finally he made me to select that option, I did not expect this kind of service. This is the msg I received on WhatsApp Dear Vinod, Our professional has indicated that no work was done on your booking. Warranty is not applicable on this booking since no work was done by the partner. If the invoice amount is wrong, please let us know.

Yesterday I booked for service for air cooler, technician checked and said water pump broke and replaced, without checking its functioning, thinking it must be good, afternoon when we tried to put on cooler it was connected directly to power supply without use of remote, as I booked today he says swing motor is gone .. my question is what was servicing? Do I need to book multiple booking for service check.
