I had a very disappointing experience. The therapist arrived 45 minutes late, and she seemed very tired, which affected the quality of the massage. The massage did not feel professional and I didn’t feel relaxed at all. The oil heating machine was very noisy throughout the session, which made it difficult to enjoy or unwind. She also didn’t play any relaxing music, which is something I expected during a massage. Overall, the service was not worth it, and I was very disappointed with the experience.
