I was told that the door lock is faulty when there was absolutely no problem with it. There were 2 errors showing and when I told him that it's showing online that it's load/sensor related, he said mockingly check again. Gave me a bill of almost 2000k and said the door lock will have to be repaired. When I asked him if Both the errors are for door, he said we'll change the door lock first and then see for others. I paid 250 for the service but FORTUNATELY didn't accept is 2000 service charge, thinking I would make the booking again. Thankfully, I called Whirlpool service and they just told me to switch off the machine to open the door, lighten the load and run it again and IT WORKED!!!! YOU GUYS WOULD HAVE CHARCGED ME 2K FOR SOMETHING THAT GOT RESOLVED FOR FREE. I AM MAD ABOUT THE 250 ALSO THAT I PAIS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!!

I told him that I had forgotten to check if my prev service was still in warranty and i ended up paying for this one unnecessarily. He charged me a lil more saying this is for nominal service charge as per UC app. This guy was not giving me any clear answers about the charges and also when i asked him what exactly was wrong with the machine, he again gave me such weird answers. Didn’t like the services at all. He has zero knowledge and also charges unnecessarily.
