I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the recent service provided. The technician who attended our case displayed very poor knowledge and professionalism. He wrongly informed us that the motor was damaged and required repair. Based on this, he suggested unnecessary work. However, when we got the equipment checked by another technician, it was confirmed that the motor was completely fine and only a wire was loose. This indicates either negligence or deliberate misguidance, which caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Such behaviour is unacceptable and has left us with a very unpleasant experience. Under these circumstances, I request a full refund of the service charges paid. Kindly process the refund at the earliest. Please confirm once this has been initiated.
