The technician kept hiking the price and threatened to return a dead tv if i didn't pay. Tv was kept for a week with no communication except for when the technician had to ask for more money to repair. TV has damages but technician keeps claiming that it was damaged from before even though one of the scratches happened right in front of me. Display now has dark spots with visible dimming on the edges. Again technician keeps claiming these were there from before and not accepting his incompetency. Customer service did not appropriately handle escalation or resolution. No one is agreeing to pay for damages or taking any responsibility. I would have filed a police complaint but unfortunately i dont have records of the TVs pristine outer appearance before sending it for repairs. But i will be raising awareness about this incident on all social media. 1 star is the lowest possible that can be given on the app otherwise even zero stars would be too much.
