I am not satisfied with the diagnosis of the issue. I was told that voice is not coming and motherboard needs to be fixed and that would estimate something in between 4.5k-4.8k However, after they mounted the TV and went away. I restarted the TV and voice started coming as usual. After sometime, TV was re-started and again the voice stopped coming. This tym I connected it via Bluetooth to external speaker and the voice was coming . Hence, I am not satisfied with the diagnosis that the issue is with motherboard as the output voice is clearly coming in any case

At first he was struggling to find out the fault. I thought of not giving him the TV for repair at his place but still have due to UC's trust. He was delayed by a day..came home without pre appointment, installed TV in a hurry and rushed back..I checked on my return to realise that the picture quality has deteriorated..
