What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Extremely unprofessional behavior, arrived 2 hours late and then rushed through the job. Instead of doing the work properly, he argued about where I should ask him to apply the medicine.
