Professional came in and first words out of his mouth were, urban clap service doesn't work well,cancel the service, I will do the pest control on personal level. After long discussion, he started the service, and I think he was right. Today the pest control was done, and I can see the cocroaches roaming about, in the house. He sprayed the chemical alo g the skirting, and most of the unwanted creatures, climbed up the wall, and are comfortably resting there. Even after telling the professional to take water from the tap, he continued to use water from WC health faucet, and didn't listen. Poor experience Don't see any results too Pest control in the house is not easy to manage with kids and old parents. We make all arrangements, take the service, and then realise that both money, and efforts have gone down the drain
