Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the second visit include?

Customer care executive at call center was busy finding fault in our kitchen perhaps it is not very efficient services need to improve service quality from the very next day the cockroaches started with the same intensity as before very poor rated service provided , not satisfied with the way promised for the service charges were there. Need urban company team to think better service standards for such task, the service results vanished from the next day.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
