What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Previously there was an option of a comprehensive service which included cockroaches, ant and other insects. Now UC has stopped it and we are forced to take separate services for cockroaches and again for ant costing us double the prevoius price. Not a fair business strategy from a customer standpoint.

Some Cockroaches died on Tuesday. I saw 3 cockroaches yesterday & killed them. The guy spent very little time in doing the work & spent most of the time clicking pictures & making videos & talking to someone at UrbanCompany. It was a waste of my time in emptying the kitchen since there was no value for money. I took this service in Gurgaon earlier & it was perfectly done. I am very unhappy with this.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
