Extremely unprofessional behavior, arrived 2 hours late and then rushed through the job. Instead of doing the work properly, he argued about where I should ask him to apply the medicine. His attitude made it seem like he was doing me a favor rather than providing a paid service. Very disappointing experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this person.

Team - couple of things: A) it seemed like your partner was in a rush and was cutting corner. We really had to closely monitor him which we were not hoping for. I was hoping for a hassle free and trusted service which was not the case. it was really hard as we had to repeatedly nudge him as he was not covering areas properly. B) on top of that I am not sure if you train your people that way but they just stand on top of our head while filling the feedback and pushing for us to rate 5 making it is a very difficult situation. Thus, it hampers honest view. This I would say is highly unprofessional. We should have freedom to give an unbiased opinion. Overall, your service level needs a lot of attention.
