We were asked to remove the utensils when it is part of the services . We spent considerable time doing his job. Two instead of 1030 he arrives at 1135, starts work at 1255, finishes I 15 mins. Nor sure of the quality of rhe service. I now need kitchen cleanup at 4 pm. please help as an emergency. I will pay only after yoh agree. Already paid for 2 add ons , window and exhaust I g with pest control. No one has arrived for that yet.

It was all water with such less amount of liquid or whatever it was used to make spray. He added the water in front of us, when asked he said ma'am paani zyada daalna padta hai, liquid toh zara se me bhi asar karega. The cockroaches are still seen, no change at all. I booked a visit including removal of utensils, the partner didn't even remove a single thing or even offered to help the slightest but preferred sitting instead. As for the second visit, it has already been cancelled by your professional, and to top it all, you have sent a message asking me to book again, wherein I have already paid for two visits as per your description and the second visit was due for 11th October. Shouldn't it be your responsibility to arrange someone else based on the service required, when I haven't even done any changes in the required service. And now when I'm trying to reschedule, it shows the reasons that I'm the one who wants to reschedule it and it isn't even providing any professional stating, "we are extremely sorry, all our professionals in this area are booked." AMAZING WORK UC!!!
