What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

It was a nightmare having this pest control service done for my kitchen. Things/containers in the kitchen were not even kept aside while doing the service. The person sent was not professional at all. He left my kitchen so messy. Modular trays of the kitchen were not kept aside. It was a horrible experience cleaning the kitchen after service. I can't even think of getting my 2nd visit done. The gas stove was left so so messy and the PROFESSIONAL was even ready to spray on the gas cylinder nob. He doesnt even care where to spray and where not. He just flooded my kitchen with chemicals all over. I am a working person and cleaning kitchen thoroughly like this is not possible for me. It was such a bad decision getting pest control for my kitchen that can't even express in words. Highly disappointed with urban company. It was very unprofessional at the part of urban company.
