No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

Dear Urban Company Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent pest control service carried out at my residence through your platform. During the inspection and drilling work in the kitchen, your technician accidentally drilled into a water pipe concealed behind the wooden structure. This has caused water leakage and potential damage to the kitchen area. Such negligence is not expected from a professional service provider. I request that this issue be addressed urgently. Please arrange for a proper inspection and necessary repairs at the earliest. Additionally, I expect an explanation and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and get back to me with a resolution at the earliest.

UC map for mahipalpur extension area always has a glitch due to which the UC professional receivers a different location than the given address, due to which they aren't able to start service. Everytime I make a booking on my address, I end up resorting to support, to allow the professional start the service. Please update UC map for locating address more accurately.
