What will the second visit include?

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Sharing feedback on today’s pest control service for my 4BHK home. Despite opting for the utensil removal add-on, only one technician was assigned for the job. This was unreasonable, and my mother and wife had to assist in removing utensils, which defeats the purpose of booking a complete service. While the technician was polite and did his best, the issue lies in poor resource allocation and customer support handling. A 4BHK pest control cannot be managed by one person, and the only solution offered was a refund for utensil removal, which completely misses the point. My request is simple — ensure adequate manpower planning and better issue handling to avoid inconvenience to families. This feedback is not against the technician, but the way the service was structured and supported.
