What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

There is no result after service, he was in hurry and now i can see no result.. there is no evidence that he has actually did some pest control. There ia no sign of the isect killer.. nothing. I want my money back.. all together

There are still a lot of cockroaches. We did not like your pest control service at all. Both services done in just 1.20 hours. instead of 2:40 hours your team. I am very annoyed from Urban Company Services fake promises. Pls send senior expert and resolve my cockroaches issue on priority otherwise refund my full money with membership fees also and extra money for time waste.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
