Manju's appearance was very unprofessional and unkempt; she was not wearing urban company uniform. For hair styling I asked her to give me light curls, which she refused to do and argued thst it was not "included" in the basic hairstyle package. I told show her the service description to convince her that curling was included in the package. Then, she stared using used makeup sponge on me, which looked really dirty and unhygienic. But she still used the same sponge on me. When I was giving her feedback on the eye makeup she became defensive and started packing her things, threating me to leave. Since it was a big day for me I at least wanted someone to drape my saree. So, I had to convince her. When I told her her tone is rude she justified it by saying she's from haryana and a jaat. Urban Company really need to train their people well as these people are dealing with customer and they can't justify their behaviour by saying that they are from the certain place that's why they are the way they are. She already has bad rating that's why i was sceptical of her skills and behaviour. Now I understand why people give her low rating. Won't recommend her to anyone unless they want to ruin their special occasions.

I am not a regular makeup person, and I do not use makeup. I had told her this at the beginning. In between, I told her to keep to skin tone,as did not want to look like POP on the face. She assured me that she was doing it correctly and that it would settle once I had worn my outfit. When she finished, she told me to check. I told her I was not aware of these things and that she was the expert, but it definitely looked very white. She again assured me it would settle. I told her that it did not look right. Everybody commented how POP like it was, and it looked like plaster on the face. That was my hard earned money down the drain, not to mention how bad it was to listen to these comments. She had called me before the service to tell me that I had not opted for a hairstyle, and I told her that I was aware of it. I just needed makeup. Maybe that was the reason she was not happy. This experience was very bad, and I don't think I will ever come back to UC for it. Since UC has already received the payment, they may not even look into it. I learned from this that if one does not have an idea about things, stay away from it. Bad experience.

Shipra was on time and did a good job as per I wanted . The base was good and the eye make up was very nice 👍🏻 totally satisfied and will keep calling for her in future too . Her suggestions as per the skin tone were good and she has a good hand with make up. Thank you
