I booked Paint Service from UC for Royale Luxury. Pros. The partner was flexible with start timings which is a good thing. The behavior of UC partner + painters were really good. You ask them 10 things not done, they will do it quietly and happily. Cons. The putty base was not build properly and they didn’t give less effors to actually make a putty base for Royale paint. They were in so hurry and jumped on paint asap. After putty when they did paint , they didn’t fix all the wall repairs such small lines, smalls digs, drops, so many different things. They did not see any laps in the paint. The 3rd day they told me its almost done, Sir. I had to ask/show them 100s of places in walls where putty or paint work requires fix starting from repairs, to double sheds, lines paint crossing each others. Ultimately to get a 4 star service you will have to pinch them each and every 3-4 hours. They completed my paint in 6 days after saying on 4th day that its almost done. Conclusion : The skill+mindset of painting a wall is not up to the mark.
