Good evening, I am writing to formally register my concern regarding the unprofessional and unhygienic conduct of the service professional assigned to me during my recent grooming appointment. Owing to the issues outlined below, I request that the same individual not be assigned to me again in the future. 1. I had specifically booked a trimming service. It is a basic professional expectation that the service provider carries essential equipment, including a proper standing mirror. The individual neither brought nor used a mirror, which significantly compromised the quality and professionalism of the service. 2. The service provider did not use a disposable or hygienic protective sheet (white plastic cape) over my clothing during the trimming process. Instead, he used my personal towel, originally provided for pedicure purposes, for facial grooming. This is unacceptable, unhygienic, and reflects a serious lapse in standard hygiene protocols, especially when the same towel appeared to be used for multiple purposes, including face cleaning. 3. The service professional arrived late at 7:30 PM, despite the scheduled time being 7:00 PM. Furthermore, he appeared rushed throughout the session as he had another booking at 9:30 PM in a nearby society, which he himself showed me on his phone. This directly affected the quality of service and reflects poor time management and lack of professionalism. 4. During the clean-up process, multiple creams were applied to my face without any prior explanation or consent. It is the responsibility of the service provider to clearly inform the client about the products being used, including their purpose and basic composition, particularly as clients may have allergies or sensitive skin. The individual neither informed me about the products nor appeared to have adequate knowledge about them, which poses a potential health risk. As a medical super specialised doctor working under the Ministry of Health and an alumnus of a premier national institutes, I am well aware of the potential side effects and dermatological complications that inappropriate or undisclosed topical applications can cause. The lack of disclosure and apparent lack of product knowledge is therefore particularly concerning. Given the above, the clean-up service was not only unsatisfactory but also raised concerns regarding hygiene and safety. I therefore request a refund for the clean-up component of the service. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and did not meet even basic professional or hygiene standards. I request appropriate action from your end, including sensitization of service professionals regarding hygiene, punctuality, informed consent for product usage, and professional conduct. Kindly ensure that this individual is not assigned to me for any future services. I expect this feedback to be taken seriously in the interest of service quality and customer safety. Regards,
