First He cut my hair uneven then i pointed him then he cut very short then while beard trimming he damaged my neck skin because of his way of handling machine which resulted in blood 🩸.

First he forgot to put apron on me before starting to apply colour. I had to ask him twice. The previous UC hair coloring guy used the same product but it did not burn skin even thought it was my first time using color. This 2nd service was after a gap and once Grey hair started showing again. but this time it burnt my skin a lot and also even after washing the beard till night. It burnt my skin as he applied it less on hair and more on my temple and cheeks. And after washing beard n hair the black color on my skin is not going. Even after 2 days color is not going. For evidence you can see the photos uploaded of my skin. He has ruined my skin. So embarrassing to go in public like this. Quality of UC service providers has gown down the drain. Poor haircut for kids eve after giving ref of previous haircut of UC guy. Poor coloring of same service 2nd time. Have to looks for other service providers. Zero help from UC support. Maybe uc is hiring roadside people or untrained. 100% sure can't call them Professionals.
