Since specifications are not available in app...I suggested partner to atleast guide us about what kind of product or service to be given as I booked pedicure for my son whose feet were in a very bad condition. Partner just used basic products rather he could have guided us for giving better services. He was very polite in his behavior and tried doing his best. So no complaints for the person visited. He was in time rather. But suggestion was given to him for further improvement

1. He did not ask me how much shorter he needs to cut. The Bengal election results were being announced and I was concentrating there. After finishing he should show me a mirror from back side but he didn't. It's gonna take me 20 days to re-grow them back. 2. I told him not to use metal scrapers on my heels but he still did it leaving deep scratches which one can feel only after the cream wears off in a day or so. These metal scrapers should be completely banned and alternative scrapers should be introduced. Your Royal has scraping machine. This should be brought in Prime too as you are doing more harm than good. Moreover when one takes water from the washroom for pedicure, he must wipe dry the wet surface which I reminded him but still he forgot. Also one should ask where to empty the dirty water. If he is allowed to use the wc, he should not splatter and run the flush thereafter. Besides the above, the person was cordial, displayed the tools correctly.
