I had a genuinely excellent experience with Rishabh from Urban Company, and I feel he truly deserves special appreciation for his professionalism, technical skills, and dedication to his work, believe me I don't write reviews but his professionalism literally made me do this. I had initially booked the service for internal cleaning and thermal paste replacement for my gaming laptop, which was facing heating issues and from the very beginning he was polite, calm, and very professional in his approach. He first inspected the laptop properly and explained the entire process before starting the work. I am also a software engineer, and i know how things work so I closely observed the way he was working. I was honestly impressed by how methodical and technically correct he was. He first unplugged the battery, then carefully opened the laptop, removed the fan and vents properly, and only then proceeded with the cleaning. He did a thorough cleaning of the heatsink, internal vents, and ventilation system, and after that applied the thermal paste properly and neatly. There was no rushing, no shortcuts everything was done step by step and with full care. After reassembling the laptop and turning it on, we noticed a cracking abnormal sound from the fan. This is where his honesty and responsibility really stood out. Instead of ignoring the issue or trying to brush it off, he immediately acknowledged the problem and clearly said that the fan needed to be replaced. He then took the initiative to arrange a replacement fan himself and made sure it was installed properly. After replacing it, he again rechecked everything and ensured the laptop was working perfectly. During the process, we also had a great discussion about gaming laptops and hardware, and that’s when I realized that he is not just a technician doing routine work he is genuinely very knowledgeable and smart about what he does. At the same time, he is very humble and well-mannered, which is rare to see. What impressed me the most was his patience, dedication, and attention to detail. He treats the customer with respect, explains things properly, and genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just finishing it quickly. Thanks to his hard work, my laptop is now much cooler, quieter, and running smoothly. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Rishabh is honest, hardworking, skilled, and truly an asset to Urban Company. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for laptop servicing or repair.
