There is a shortage of technicians at Urban for the Faridabad location, and secondly, they don't have laptop parts available. I registered a call with Urban for laptop repair around a month ago, but it took a whole month for the technician to contact me, and even then, they still didn’t have the necessary parts available. It feels like a joke is being played on us."
