The sign of a geyser switched on/off (means the light on the knob) was not working, and the front panel hook was broken and temporary tape was there which was not keep the panel sticking to the geyser.

Later by over 2 hours 45 minutes. Didn’t inform of the delay nor pick up calls until 2 hours after. Didn’t clean up after service either.

Incomplete Service During the service, the technician opened the geyser and found that the anode rod—a consumable metal component that protects the geyser tank from corrosion—was completely depleted. I specifically requested that it be replaced with a new one. However, the technician did not have the replacement part and proceeded to close and reinstall the geyser without replacing this important protective component. This is concerning because a non-technical customer may not even know about the anode rod or realize that the geyser has been reinstalled without it. I was aware of its importance and therefore refused to accept the service as complete. The technician should either have arranged the required replacement or clearly informed me that the service could not be completed properly. Improper Post-Service Cleanup After the service was completed, the outer body of the geyser was left dirty and was not properly cleaned. I had to clean the geyser myself after the technician left. Overall, the service was incomplete and did not meet the expected standard of professional workmanship. The technician should not mark such a service as completed when an essential consumable/safety-related component has not been replaced and the post-service cleanup has also been neglected.
