The service professional arrived exactly at 9 a.m. and was very punctual. The chimney was extremely dirty and took much longer than expected to open and clean thoroughly. Despite this, he remained patient, professional, and focused on doing a proper job instead of rushing through it. Because of the extra time required for my service, he unfortunately missed his 12 p.m. booking and had some cancellations. However, this clearly happened because he was committed to completing the work properly at my home. His behavior was very polite, respectful, and professional throughout. He is experienced and did the job to the best of his ability. I truly appreciate his dedication and hard work. I hope the company considers this situation fairly and does not penalize him for the delay, as it was due to the genuine condition of the chimney. He deserves appreciation for his commitment.
