Hi team, the service providers who visited didn't carry cleaning liquid (collin) and bucket. I provided those from my side. I explicitly asked if the cleaning chemicals can destroy buckets, and they said no, but the bucket now developed holes today post the chemicals were used.

The tech said that new motor was required and the charges were 7000 through app and 5000 otherwise . Then was told to get it repaired which he said was 5000 through UC and otherwise 3000 through him . Took the unit for repair and refitted the next day . Paid him 3000 cash .

Some time back we had taken service from Urban Company. A partner came for chimney repair but did not do the work properly. After that we complained and then Sachin Partner was assigned to us. He has repaired our chimney properly and he has also properly fixed the sound that was coming from our chimney. Good work, thanks urban Company.
