They suddenly told after opening up the chimney parts, that the blower needs to be changed and there is no guarantee that the chimney will work in the same way as it was, before cleaning. they refused to even touch the blower for cleaning saying it will make the motor defunct and that it was due to deep cleaning that there blower now won't work. they told it will charge Rs1850 for the part and that it will take another 2 days to order it and get it. We refused as we had to remain the chimney open for 2 days untill they come and fit. They also said there is no guarantee of chimney properly working if they fit back tbe same blower again into the chimney and that it purely our risk. They also said that the blower might make some sound which it is actually making.
