According to price work done is not good. He came late and captured the image of chimney and the device he has and cleaned the chimney without using that device it was just for show. He cleaned the chimney with some power with hot water. Left my gas stove dusty and i did cleanup my gas stove and tiles. This is my first time booking a service and im not satisfied with the service.

It was too expensive. Button needed replacement, available at Amazon for 450. He asked for 1300. Not available on rate card to compare

Professional was to get the fan motor today at 11 am after he checked for the problem on last Saturday. He didn't turn up till 11.35. When called UC, there was no response. They just said we will revert. When spoke to professional, he said he was busy somewhere else and forgot to inform that he will come on time. He said he will come at 3 pm. When UC team intervened, I was told that he will come at 5. Then he suddenly appears at 3.30 pm. Then the quality of work done was also not good. Overall, pathetic experience from professional and UC team
