I've gotten this service before and it was better back then. Chimney wasn't very dirty but still felt sticky after the service. Steam machine wasn't used because he didn't have it with him. Made up excuses

Some cleaning chemical was kept or dropped on the kitchen slab which has left permanent spots on the slab.

The so called professional used caustic soda to clean the chimney. He used my kitchen hand towel to clean the grease and did so even after I asked him not too and offered to give him an old cloth for the same. He used the steam machine only after I pointed out that it was a part of the package I had paid for. The chimney grooves where the filter fits in was not cleaned and I had to ask him to do so. Also the paint from there has been scratched as he was using a scrub pad to clean. What is the point of asking for a professional cleaner where the job is not done properly and requires constant supervision by the client
