The service professional arrived exactly at 9 a.m. and was very punctual. The chimney was extremely dirty and took much longer than expected to open and clean thoroughly. Despite this, he remained patient, professional, and focused on doing a proper job instead of rushing through it. Because of the extra time required for my service, he unfortunately missed his 12 p.m. booking and had some cancellations.
