Since my kitchen chimney is quite old, I decided to get it deep cleaned. However, I don’t think the worker was a professional at all. He appeared to be using makeshift methods rather than proper tools or techniques. The condition he left it in was extremely poor—it looked as if mud had been smeared everywhere instead of the chimney being properly cleaned. Now I am forced to clean it again myself. I also do not have the luxury of spending so much time on this. Already, two full days have been wasted because of this issue. If I raise a complaint now, it will consume even more of my time, which I simply cannot afford. Considering all this, the service provided is absolutely not worth paying ₹3,500 for.
