You're person came to check the chimney, it's very difficult to trust your service partneres now. He checked and said the motor is not working, motor will have to be repaired which will cost 3500 or if we put new motor that will cost 6500. We didn't opt for either cos we were sure that how the motor could stop working abruptly. He took the service charges and said if we will call him personally he will fix the motor in 2800. We called another chimney person and he said nothing is needed only oiling and service is required. Your service partneres are cheating and I urge you refund my visiting charges that you all have taken. His name was Deepak and he gave me his personal number also. I AM EXPECTING MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

Requested for deep cleaning service and accordingly payment was done. It’s only basic cleaning including the blower only. All the parts were installed as it was and cleaning is done only to reachable area. Also the cloth carried by the professional was not clean which leaves stains behind.
