I already send pictures he didn't not carry equipment properly and changed small Size door and half work not fully done and door lock different style he bought different small size lock and change only lock cover not fully lock lock cylinder is missing i pay for full lock 700rs lockhe charges rs 1250 lock and service booked 249 he change services charege in to replace but he did not do properly wrk they need full service changes money but they dont do wrk properly and not understand services not satisfied with his work please guys save ur money from fake and unskilled workers if u want money like much do wrk properly not fake wrk customer are not fool we earn monney from hard wrk not for unskilled workers need my money back return this lock 1250 amount which is not wrkng I pay for new lock and service 1768 rs customer not a fool we can't pay for half wrk and wrong work If u don't know ur wrk why u spoil urban clap name 1st u can Learn the work than take wrk calls I am very much disappointed so pathetic service and attitude ,unskilled, charges extra money ,and wrong work ,lock not wrkng properly return money 1250 I never ever book again in future its big lesson

Foolish service I booked the service to get consulted for repair work at my home related to carpentry and hence the visit. The Carpenter came wrote all things,repaired a lock properly and charged for it. Till the time service was on I kept asking for how to proceed he said we are from company so we work with company only so I asked how will you come further after this service he said I will send some person or company will send someone then the moment the lock repair was done and paymemt was made he said other repairs you should get done extra works done externally by your person as UC provides selective services only. Then what was the site visit for ? It clearly stated after visit a quote shall be shared and discussed byt this was a labors improper statement instead of a professional service. Making this feedback constructive I would recommend UC to send a company professional to quote for works and the labour to just look at the work. Have a more detailed list of works with predefined rates. I felt my money got wasted.
