The person who came just broke my window and the window frame. He did do his job professionally. The first day when he came for a consult he was on time. We educated him on how the work needs to be done and he did acknowledge that. Next day he assured that he will show up by 11. We even requested him to be on time but then he showed up very late. We had to call him multiple times and each time he said he will be there but he was never on time. He agreed to come by 12 but then did not. We called him and he said he will be by 4 but he did not. Then we called again and he said he is on his way. He came finally and did exactly opposite of what we asked him to do. He broken the window and the window frame incorrectly and then argued with us that it is how it is supposed to be. We asked him to come the next day and fix this. We even requested him to be on time as we have night shifts and he agreed to that. He assured us that he will arrive before 12 but didn’t. Then we called multiple times and followed up and he just repeated the same. And finally he arrived at 7:45. We asked him to leave and come tomorrow as our offices were about to begin. But the next day he again repeated the same delays. But when he finally came, he quoted ₹4500 for the job given to him whereas the very first consultation he quoted ₹2000 for everything. He broke my window and the window frame, did unbelievable delays and even increased the price for all of a sudden. Such an unprofessional and damaging service it was. Please review the attached photos. I need this to be fixed!!!!!
