The carpenter struggled with the work and lacked experience. For a simple work of drilling a fastener, he chipped off a chunk of plaster.

I booked a Carpenter through UC and the carpenter was supposed to be here by 9 AM and he was well on time. But He ( Mohammad Nazim) Started his Job without asking me the OTP he was supposed to take from me and UC was under the impression that Carpenter was late and was sending me Sorry delay msg. Now My Main Work was to Install 1 Clamp for the Curtain Rod by drilling the Machine which Mohammad Did and there was no Issue. He Did fine. Then i asked to just tighten a screw for my Main Door Lock. There was Nothing Wrong with Lock. He removed the existing Screw and used his one screw. So After the work was Done then he asked for OTP which will show on UC how quickly He completed his JOB. I want to Inform URBAN CLAP many people are doing the same on your App so please monitor that. Now he added 2 services - Curtain Rod Installation (2 brackets) - Door Lock Repair Service CURTAIN ROD INSTALLTION was done only with 1 Bracket he added 2. And For Tightening Screw he added Lock repair service which was bullshit and that costed me INR 259. So on asking him questions about the billing he started showing me attitude. His words were : Haa toh tum her bata do kitne hone chahiye iske paise Plus he also said haa Kaam karane k baad sab aise hee bolte hai... I don't expect this kind of behaviour from a Person coming through UC. This was the First Bad Exp i had so far in UC since i am using it. I don't Mind Paying when people are genuine In fact I pay extra. But Mohammad Nazim in my Opinion was Not a Genuine Guy.

bathroom plastic shelves fixed are not in straight line . Plus while moving to the washroom to fix ,he out of anger threw the items on the shelf on floor puposefully. When asked him why is he charging 481 rupees he said that whats app says .
