The carpenter firstly repaired the door handle but could not be opened even using key which uaed to easily open uaing key. When we called him to repair so it can open through lock, he broke the door iand lock instead and still door cannot be open.Now he ia saying qe need to break the lock. This ia doing out of aggression as we re called him for review of work that he didn't fix. This ia highly unprofessional behaviour oj his part. Didnt repair and instead broke both door and handle and still the problem is unsolved. Please arrange another carpenter asap and we will not bs paying anything as its the partner who has done damages.
