Service from Urban Company was booked from Amazon India. While Urban Company was prompt in acknowledging the ticket and allocating plumber for installation, i was charged twice the amount over and above what Amazon has collected from me. Urban Company is not even providing me an invoice for this service. Appreciate if you can refund the amount at the earliest
