Dear Team, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the service provided by your professional. Before starting the work, I had clearly kept all the necessary items such as bucket, bath stool, shampoo, handwash, and other materials outside for convenience. However, the service person refused to place the items back inside after the work was completed. When asked, he clearly stated that he would not keep the items inside. This behavior is highly unprofessional and not acceptable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and complete service, including proper handling and placement of items after use. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action. Also, please ensure that such behavior is not repeated in future services. Looking forward to your prompt response.
