First they rescheduled yesterday, then Came hurriedly today and scratched door from several areas while installing. Then refused to adjust the distance between doors which was a 5 minute job because it was not in ur “service”. I have paid 15k for the lock UC should pay them enough so that they do not refuse things related to proper setting up of the lock. Damaged the doorbell while removing it and then reglued it with tape as seen in pic. At the end, he told me to call carpenter to fix distance between doors and had to clean all the wood pulps myself.
