Very Disappointing. I had a very poor experience with Urban Company’s painting services. The team was not properly trained or guided, and the execution was completely off. Walls were left uneven, edges were poorly finished, and the overall quality was far from professional. Despite repeated instructions, they didn’t follow through properly. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Would not recommend to anyone looking for clean and reliable painting work.

The painting work done by Mr. Ganit Kumar and his team was professional and efficient. They maintained **neatness daily, leaving my home clean after each work session. The quality of work was good, and they handled all aspects of painting with care. ‘One suggestion:’ ‘A final inspection by a senior supervisor would further enhance service quality, ensuring perfection before completion. Was not at all satisfied with the workmanship. PU paint results look like normal wall paint done on my furniture.The sanding wasnt done well to start with. Only one painter was sent on the site to complete the sanding of almost 650 sq feet of wooden furniture surface. No care was taken of putting newspapers or tape on sunmica or brass footings and handles which led to all the white spray paint coating my handles and mica surfaces spoiling the already good cupboards’ insides and making them rough and soiled. At least 4 coats of PU coating should be done on the green waterproof ply in order to mask its colour as well as for a tough surface and finish. Our furniture was painted ‘once’ after application of the primer and after requesting them multiple times and pointing out surfaces, a second coat was slyly added on top. Did not expect such services from professional service providers (as claimed) of Urban Company.
