He Hammered the screws in wall instead of screwing it.. It's still hanging on one loose screw.. Refused to change the tap valve (which comes with Product kit) initially, and changed only on insisting.. Needed my personal wifi to proceed with his job.. Left the place all untidy and full of dust from drill..
