The partner arrived on time and did the filter change well. There was also a broken knob on the wall mount which I communicated prior and he brought the required parts to fix that. There was a difference in the dimension of the filter wall mount and only one of the screws fit it and the remaining was balanced as is. He did not mention about the misalignment and I found it myself after he left. While its not an issue as such, I would have expected him to communicate the same. Other than that it was all fine
