I have changed the rating from earlier 1 (poor) to 2.5 now since the professional came back and fixed the issues. However, I had to give basic instructions to install and check which is something that is expected from someone coming to install this device. He was asking for WiFi password of my home, not sure for what reason and these are not accepted behavior.
