1) The appointment was for 10 am. He came at 9.20 am. He could have called and asked if it was okay to come early. I ended up having breakfast at 10.30. 2) Soon after he came, he switched on the chimney, and said the motor suction is poor. And it needs to be replaced. If he had said so after doing the maintenance work, it would have been understandable. Previously, every technician checked the chimney after work, not before. This person didn't check if the suction is better or not after doing the work. Not did I ask him. 3) Otherwise, he was okay.
