He just cleaned the chimney like a ordinary servic, after cleaning the problem was the same and he told that it will be like that. I called company (Faber) person and he rectified it and thoroughly cleaned it and it is working fine now. You guys are charting very high for incomplete services and sent no knowledge person to us. The guy was a clear cheater. He could not fix a wire cut. Said entire PCB needs to be replaced and asked for 2700 rs. I would never trust this type of service from UC again. I need my money back.
