Really good service. The Faber guy told me they will charge more money and take 3 days to service as he could not open the chimney. But urban company technician amjad was able to do it easily and he did a very good job. Thank you very much.

Used the granite sink to wash the chimney plates by pouring hot water and caustic soda and it has got bleached. The whole black color sink has turned white(bleached)

1. He didn't have the steamer but tried to convince me to get deep cleaning of motor (he will take motor to workshop, dismantle and clean each n every part) and the charge coming out totally was around 4k. 2. If he had the steamer, all these extra unnecessary complicated things and waste of time in discussing not required. 3. I went for basic cleaning but based on what he explained the deep cleaning looked good. But it was still confusing as he say motor deep cleaning required and he will take motor to workshop for one day. This is not required and is necessary headache to customer. Good i didn't accept that offer. 4. Please make sure your partners have all the necessary tools required. If they don't have it they will confuse customer saying this part needs to be taken to workshop for cleaning and charge extra which could have been done in the deep cleaning itself if he had all the equipments (steam cleaner).

First of all the technician arrived an hour late after multiple follow ups. Then soon after arriving he said he cannot install this and only the brand can do this installation. I fail to understand this behaviour and really disappointed with this waste of time and energy. Thinking to stop using UC itself.

Arif cleaned it so well as if the chimney is completely new. Soo good and clean work, cleaned all the mess, the floor, the sink when everything was done.
